Here are a few areas worth putting on your late-summer checklist.

Start Outside

Take a walk around your property and look for anything that needs attention. Check siding, trim, decks, patios, and other exterior surfaces for damage or wear. Warm, dry weather makes August a great time to tackle repairs, touch-up paint, or seal areas that need additional protection.
